Immigration Court Case Reopened and Dismissed

This client had an order of removal from almost 20 years ago. We were able to get her case reopened so that the removal order could be taken away. Since the Judge approved our request, we can now file to adjust status to permanent resident with US Citizenship and Immigration Services based on an approved VAWA case.
